Born and half way raised in Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire, Coralie Dior Ackah and one of her three brothers migrated with her mother to the United States. Growing up for the second half of her adolescent life in Silver Spring, MD she discovered her passion for the runway at the fashion and art high school she attended at age 16. It was a no brainer from there, following in her mothers foot steps in becoming a model. Ever since that moment, she has kept herself busy; having walked for local designers in the Maryland and DC area.

      Before earning her bachelors of science degree in marketing at Morgan State University, Coralie joined a modeling organization where she helped fellow models gain confidence in themselves and in their runway walk. She helped the organization put together runway productions, and also taught herself almost everything she knows as a model.

      Coralie’s ambitious nature brought her to Los Angeles, CA to take her modeling career to the next level. That decision may have been the best decision she has made as a young adult. throughout  her first couple months in Los Angeles as a runway and print model, she landed a modeling contract with Wayne Pacific Models. Coralie walked for designers Wilfredo Gerardo, Candice Cuoco, Vanessa Simmons, Rik Villa, Sonjia Williams, Moustapha Diagne , George Styler, Walter Mendez and many more. She also appeared on Growning Up Hip Hop season 4 as she walked for Vanessa Simmons as well as singer Miguel's December issue for Paper Magazine. As of recently, Coralie is a freelance model. She is determined to work hard on her own and hopefully land another contract with a new agency that will help grown, land magazine covers, spreads, major runway fashion shows, and hopefully make it to a tv screen near you; but, more importantly, find her purpose.
